You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Nine Wicket. A national ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately.

Information required at registration:

• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• A valid email address (if applicable)
• Current address

Nine Wicket reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance if false information was provided during registration. Any changes to registration details must be reported to our support team immediately.

Your account is strictly personal. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited.

It is your responsibility to understand the specific rules of the relevant sport before placing any bets on Nine Wicket. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Special Cricket Betting Rules:

• Any bet placed before a match begins will be voided if the match is cancelled, and the stake will be refunded.
• If overs are reduced due to rain, the result is determined using the DLS method.
• Super Over results are counted separately.
• Live betting odds change in real time based on market conditions.

General Betting Rules:

• Minimum bet amount: ৳10
• The maximum payout on a single bet will be determined by Nine Wicket.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Nine Wicket reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Nine Wicket supports payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Individual limits and processing times apply to each payment method.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed from verified (KYC-completed) accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (where applicable).
• Nine Wicket may delay or suspend payments on any suspicious transactions.
• Additional documentation may be requested for anti-money laundering purposes.

Nine Wicket does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own cashout charges, which are governed entirely by their own policies.

Rollover (Wagering Requirement):

Members may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal.

If you have a dispute regarding any decision or payment made by Nine Wicket, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via live chat or email within 7 days of the incident.
• Step 2: Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: The matter will be escalated for senior-level review.
• Final Decision: Nine Wicket's decision shall be considered final.

All matters are governed by international gaming laws applicable in Bangladesh and the regulations of Nine Wicket's licensing authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nine Wicket:
